📱 Planning From Afar with Trust & Heart
Planning this large-scale wedding from out of town required countless FaceTime calls, texts, and phone consultations. We didn’t meet Tien and Joseph in person until just four days before the wedding, but the connection was instant. Their trust in us—and in their vendor team—was humbling.
Throughout the planning process, we fell in love with this couple’s kindness, joy, and unwavering faith in our ability to bring their vision to life. That trust gave us the freedom to design and coordinate something truly extraordinary.
🌸 Tradition Meets Elegance: A Vietnamese Tea Ceremony
The day began with a traditional Vietnamese tea ceremony, honoring the couple’s parents, ancestors, and family heritage. Dressed in beautiful áo dài, Tien and Joseph shared an intimate, emotional moment surrounded by loved ones. This ceremony brought generations together and set a meaningful tone for the day.
💃1000 Guests, Big Love, and Even Bigger Joy
The Biloxi Civic Center Wedding by Say Yes continued with a grand celelbration, where 1000 guests filled the ballroom to celebrate the couple’s union. This was no ordinary reception—it was a high-energy, luxury wedding experience complete with stunning florals, professional lighting, a packed dance floor, and the kind of love that radiated from every guest.
One of the highlights? Watching Tien and Joseph’s room reveal—her joy, her awe, and the emotion on both of their faces reminded us exactly why we do what we do. The entire bridal party, family, and vendor team came together to make the day flawless.
Even as seasoned wedding planners, this was one event we didn’t want to end.
